Returns & Refunds
Unless required by law, dbsorb Acoustic Systems does not generally accept returns for change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if a mutual agreement has been reached between you and dbsorb Acoustic Systems. This means that any return must be pre-approved by us before you send the item back.
Requesting a Return:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at sales@dbsorb.co.nz to discuss a return.
- If a return is mutually agreed upon, you will receive further instructions, including a return shipping label and guidance on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned without prior mutual agreement will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return under a mutual agreement, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at sales@dbsorb.co.nz so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Our policy on mutually agreed returns does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law regarding faulty or misrepresented items.
Exchanges:
- If you prefer an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item (subject to mutual agreement) and then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item (subject to prior agreement), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
